MOIRA is a fast-growing, Los Angeles–based beauty brand dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative makeup products for a diverse and passionate community. We’re looking for a driven and creative Influencer & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and help grow MOIRA’s presence across digital platforms.

Job Description:

The Influencer & Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in building brand awareness, managing influencer relationships, and creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, social trends, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across MOIRA’s social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
• Identify, outreach to, and coordinate partnerships with influencers and creators that align with MOIRA’s brand identity.
• Track influencer deliverables, ensuring on-time posting, brand compliance, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers for content production, including social shoots, events, and influencer activations.
• Support campaign reporting by collecting and organizing influencer content and analytics for leadership reports.
• Manage digital assets and ensure creative content is properly organized and accessible for marketing use.
• Stay current with beauty and social media trends to help shape future campaigns and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and current digital trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, data tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for beauty, content creation, and influence culture.
