Key Job Responsibilities include the below:
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange infrastructures.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange environments, ensuring email services are reliable, secure, and optimized.
- Experience in Active Directory upgrade and Exchange Online migration projects and methodologies.
- Implement and Manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications.
- Configure and manage security protocols in O365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), and Azure MFA.
- Ensure that both O365 and Azure environments comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for O365 and Azure-related incidents, including security issues, connectivity challenges, and performance optimization
- Deploy and configure O365 services and Azure solutions, ensuring integration and security best practices.
- Provide advanced support for O365 and Azure-related issues, including security incidents, connectivity problems, and performance tuning.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot virtualized environments using MS Hyper-V and VMware.
- Perform capacity planning, load balancing, and ensure high availability across virtualized environments.
- Maintain physical and virtual servers, manage backups, and conduct disaster recovery testing.
- Handle hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades as needed for servers, storage, and network equipment.
- Conduct hardware and software evaluations, keeping infrastructure up-to-date and aligned with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant O365 and Azure certifications.
