Sofitel Bahrain is offering a one-year internship in our Information Technology Department for final-year B.Sc. IT students. This role is designed to give students practical exposure to IT operations in a five-star international hospitality environment, with hands-on experience in enterprise systems, networks, and daily IT support.

Role Overview
The intern will report to the IT Manager and support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the hotel’s IT systems. This includes hardware, software, and network support. The role also involves resolving technical issues, assisting with system updates, and keeping up with IT standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations across the hotel.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist with system updates and maintenance.

• Help ensure smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure.

• Follow IT security and compliance guidelines.

• 
  Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Good understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

• Familiarity with hotel systems and POS platforms is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
