Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems, including hardware, networks, servers, CCTV, PBX, and the server room, ensuring stable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows OS and essential software.
• Provide daily technical support for hardware, network, and printer issues.
• Manage network settings (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, IPs) and maintain cabling.
• Maintain CCTV and PBX systems (Analog/IP).
• Perform regular data backups and ensure integrity.
• Monitor internet performance and coordinate with service providers.
• Oversee server room readiness, environment, UPS, and security.
• Monitor server, switch, and firewall alerts.
• Apply updates, security measures, and ensure system stability.
• Document IT configurations and support infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and installations.

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and networking .
• Experience with CCTV, PBX, rack cabling, and server rooms is preferred .
• Basic cybersecurity and data backup knowledge.
• Strong organization, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
