Information Technology Support Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Overall responsible for anything related to POS and associated Systems
• Ensure smooth functioning of all POS System including Software, Server, POS Hardware, Tablets, KOT, KDS, Printer, Drawers etc.
• Support all POS related requests like Adding Menu, Discounts, Modifiers, Buttons, Reports etc.
• Support for the User Management Access of POS
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues Related to POS
• Escalate critical unresolved issues with vendor and work for a solution
• Responsible for Setting up POS System for new Outlets
• Make sure that the Backup and Restore of all POS systems works fine
• Delivery Platform Integration – Support platforms like Grubtech, UrbanPiper, Onboarding, Order Failure Issue, Menu changes, Reporting etc
• Maintain Loyalty Functionality on POS – Both Customer Loyalty and Employee Discount Program
• Manage all integrations to the POS – SAP, Enabill, Supy, Data WareHouse etc.
• Evaluate and Suggest improvement in the System and process related to POS
• Give Training to employees on using the System
• Support other Applications used in the company as and when needed
• As and when needed take care of any IT Hardware Related Tasks
