About the Job
We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and technically strong IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for our teams. This role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, user management, system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT assets and communication tools.
Role Description
1) Remote IT Support & Systems Management
- Provide remote support through ConnectWise, LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Teams (screen share).
- Perform Microsoft updates and system optimization.
- Manage application updates (Adobe, eCW, Zoom, Chrome, etc.).
- Conduct antivirus scanning, security checks, and performance optimization.
- Install/uninstall applications as required.
2) User & Identity Management
- Manage Microsoft Azure / EntraID (add users, reset passwords, assign licenses).
- Manage RingCentral virtual accounts.
- Maintain password management systems for Admin, HR, and Management users.
- Add/manage VPN users.
3) Security & Network Administration
- Monitor and manage firewall and security systems.
- Resolve internet issues (Spectrum, routers, network switches).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for devices, phones, and communication tools.
4) Office IT Support (On-Site)
- Physical hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting (keyboards, mice, monitors, webcams, cables, etc.).
- Replace hardware components including monitors, printers, memory, and hard drives.
- Reinstall Windows and configure devices for new users.
- Resolve RingCentral physical phone issues.
- Manage printer toner and basic office equipment upkeep.
5) Application & Platform Management
- Manage eCW users and support ticket handling.
- Support Zoom/RingCentral account management.
- Assist internal departments with technical needs as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist users in resolving software and hardware issues.
- Strong knowledge in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Experience in System Administration for managing servers, networks, and ensuring system security and updates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
