Information Warfare (IW) Support Analyst / Advisor

Description:

The IW Support Analyst advises CNSL leadership on Information Warfare readiness, providing detailed assessments of Cyber, EW, Intelligence, and Communications capability across surface ships. Responsibilities include reviewing policy, analyzing readiness gaps, coordinating with USFFC, NIWDC, ISEAs, and other stakeholders, and preparing briefs for senior leaders.

This role requires broad understanding of IW rating structures, fleet readiness processes, emerging technologies, and cyber policy impacts on manpower, training, and equipping.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Navy experience in Information Warfare, Cryptology, EW, Cyber, or Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of IW workforce readiness, doctrine, and fleet operations.
• Experience preparing briefs and readiness assessments for senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating with Type Commands, NIWDC, USFFC, and fleet staffs.
• Familiarity with the Cyber Readiness Framework and IW policies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
