QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passionate about delivering world-class cybersecurity solutions and services
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in an IT organization or IT related Projects
  • Evidence of managing large IT Projects and/or Compliance initiatives
  • Strong understanding of IT Risk and Compliance practices
  • Experience with Service Organization Controls (SOC 1 and SOC 2), NIST 800-171/CMMC or ISO 27001 preferred
  • Ability to translate effectively between Business & IT resources/teams at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • US citizenship

Location: St. Louis, MO

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $84,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

The Information Security Compliance Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's cybersecurity maturity and operational efficiency. By leading projects that adhere to established methodologies and compliance standards, this role ensures that initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and with clear communication to all stakeholders. This role focuses on developing and communicating clear plans, timelines, and project statuses to all impacted resources and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, change management, risks, and timelines, especially within complex stakeholder groups and demanding customer environments.

To be effective, the Information Security Compliance Project Manager will collaborate within the Information Security Team and with stakeholders including Legal, Public-Sector Compliance, IT Product Ownership, and IT Infrastructure and Application teams. This partnership is essential for driving change, implementing new regulations, and enhancing audit and compliance programs—particularly in areas like CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ISO 27001 standards. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to translate between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clarity at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Projects or Programs adhering to the established WWT project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and communicate plans, timelines and status to impacted resources and stakeholders.
  • Manage and communicate scope, change management, risks, and timeline of projects within the Project to all stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate work across multiple Product teams where priorities may conflict, and dependencies exist.
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups and demanding customer expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with key stakeholders such as Legal, Public Sector Compliance and IT Product Ownership to successfully deliver initiatives.
  • Drive change with the implementation of new regulations and information security standards such as NIST 800-171 and ISO 27001.
  • Partner with IT Audit & Compliance to develop and implement audit & compliance program enhancements, especially as it relates to CMMC compliance.
