Innovation & Excellence Consultant (Qatar – Onsite | Immediate Requirement)

We are currently supporting a high-impact institutional excellence program for a leading government entity in Qatar.

We are looking to onboard a high-performing Innovation & Excellence Consultant to join the team immediately.

Role Description

The consultant will contribute to the design and execution of innovation and institutional excellence initiatives , aligned with EFQM and government excellence frameworks , within a dynamic transformation environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role , requiring strong execution capability, structured thinking, and effective stakeholder engagement.

• Support the implementation of innovation frameworks and initiatives
• Contribute to EFQM / Excellence Model alignment and assessments
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Develop presentations, reports, and structured deliverables
• Identify innovation opportunities and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure delivery quality 

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in:
• Innovation consulting
• Organizational excellence / EFQM
• Strategy or transformation projects
• Exposure to government or semi-government environments (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work in structured consulting environments
• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail 

• Exposure to EFQM, QGEP, or similar frameworks
• Experience in innovation programs or capability building
• Relevant certifications are a plus 
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and develop insights
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and creative problem-solving methodologies
• Experience in professional Consulting and strategic advisory roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in the Gulf region or familiarity with local market practices is a plus
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Innovation, or a related field
