Dolan & Maloney Insurance Agency (DMIA) is a long-established independent agency known for exceptional client service and a strong local reputation. We are growing and looking for a motivated, professional inside sales and support team member to join our Personal Lines division.
Summary
The Inside Sales & Retail Support Professional manages inbound sales opportunities from first contact through policy issuance and supports clients as they transition into our service team. This role also provides front-desk support, RMV coordination, and general office assistance.
This is an in-person role at our Westborough, MA office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from intake to policy issuance
- Follow up on new business items after closing
- Cross-sell and upsell personal insurance products
- Ensure accurate applications and documentation
- Assist walk-in clients and provide front-office support
- Coordinate with service and retention teams
- Track and manage RMV runner items
Compensation
- $50,000–$80,000 annually, achieved through a combination of base pay and commission
- Eligibility for additional sales incentives
- DMIA may institute a draw against commissions program at its discretion, in compliance with applicable law, to ensure conformity with the Massachusetts Wage Act.

- Stays organized under pressure while managing sales conversations, RMV tracking, and walk-ins
- Follows through independently and takes ownership of tasks
- Learns quickly and adapts to carrier systems and underwriting requirements

- Embraces ongoing development, licensing, and CE requirements
- Is fully comfortable working in person to support clients and office operations
- Insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who brings drive, professionalism, and the right attitude
