About the Role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Inside Sales Executive (Female) to manage student inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and complete registrations for various educational programs under the Education Group. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins from students.
- Explain courses, admission process, and benefits of Saroj Education Group clearly to students and parents.
- Actively follow up with leads to ensure timely registration.
- Maintain and update student records in CRM/Excel.
- Counsel students about suitable courses based on their educational background and career interests.
- Achieve monthly targets for student registrations and conversions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and fee submissions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM preferred).
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in education sales, counselling, or admission roles.
- Good spoken English & Hindi.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Polite, presentable, and professional personality.
