Role: Inside Sales Associate

Join our dynamic Inside Sales team where you will connect with customers, pitch services, and contribute to revenue growth—all while building a strong career foundation.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent English communication

Telesales & cold-calling expertise

Customer handling & objection management

Persuasion & negotiation skills

Lead qualification & follow-up skills

Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage preferred)

Target-oriented mindset

Active listening & problem-solving

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 6 months of documented telesales experience

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹22,000 (In-hand ~₹17,000) to ₹30,000 (In-hand ~₹25,000)

Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month

Additional Benefit: ₹500 in Wallet
