Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a good understanding of customer needs to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Use strong convincing skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer data accurately in the Excel sheet.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate customer information to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Odia).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to clearly understand customer needs and respond proactively.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and lead handling.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
