Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist with 3+ years of experience to join our Inside Sales team. This office-based role involves interacting with customers via phone and email to provide expert pharmaceutical guidance, product suggestions, and support sales growth.

• Engage with potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pharmaceutical products
• Build strong professional relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate pricing, packages, and delivery terms when required
• Maintain an updated database of prospects and customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up for order closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills (English – spoken and written)
• Good understanding of pharma products and sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Good organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical sales or client servicing role
• Familiarity with export/import documentation or B2B pharma sales
• Prior experience in digital sales or lead generation using online platforms.
• Candidates residing in Mumbai are highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
