Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive with strong B2B telesales expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, tele-calling, prospecting, and converting B2B leads. Candidates from a similar industry (Beauty, Wellness, Personal Care, FMCG) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct B2B telesales to generate new business opportunities.

· Identify, qualify, and convert leads through effective communication.

· Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospects regularly.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B telesales/inside sales.

· Proven experience in lead generation and tele-calling.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Candidates from similar industries will be given preference.
