Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls.
  • Explain product/service features and benefits to prospects clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and buying potential.
  • Schedule product demos or appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure strong engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for smooth coordination.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong, convincing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
