Redwood Outdoors is an exciting e-commerce company specializing in premium Outdoor Saunas and Cold Plunge Tubs. We are seeking a highly motivated and consultative Inside Sales Expert to join our team. What You'll Do in the Role:

• Consultative Sales Approach: Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their unique needs and guiding them through the decision-making process. Help customers select the perfect luxury outdoor product, ensuring it meets their lifestyle and wellness goals. Follow up over time to ensure optimal conversion rates.
• Premium Product Expertise: Become an expert on Redwood Outdoors’ premium line of saunas, cold plunges, and other luxury outdoor products. Provide customers with detailed product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Sales Excellence: Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls, chats and emails, all while maintaining a focus on customer experience and satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed targets for revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-First Mindset: Always put the customer first, acting as a brand ambassador for Redwood Outdoors by providing top-tier service, responding to inquiries, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Full-Cycle Sales Support: Own the customer relationship from initial contact through the completed sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchase experience. Work closely with warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.

What You'll Need for the Role:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative product sales environment
• GED or High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with learning and using software applications required for the role
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
• Occasional travel to sales event locations may be required

Work Schedule:
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into this position. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s).

• Base Rate: $25-30 per hour
• Monthly on target commission of $1,800/month
• Company Bonus Plan
