Job Description :- Inside Sales Representative
Job Duties:
Calling prospective customers and answering calls from customers
Make cold calls for new business leads
Getting Contact Information of Senior Persons
Talking to senior IT managers / CFO / Directors
Educate the prospective customers to bring them to the table to discuss IT requirements by following a prepared script to give service and customer reference information.
Conducting a primary research on the company by using tools like Probe 42, Lusha and other tele marketing tools.
Connecting with the qualified companies.
Forwarding qualified leads to sales team .
Follow up calls for unanswered connections.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintaining weekly, monthly, and annual reports of data collected.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, projects etc
Preparing Quotations.
Follow up with customers regarding quotation forwarded.
Handling the existing Accounts of End-customers.
Co-ordinating with clients for the outstanding payments.
Order execution.
Maintaining data base of clients.
Co-ordinate with co-operate sales team for daily execution.
Follow up on material dispatch and deliveries with logistic team.
Handling customers calls and emails regarding delivery of material.
Forwarding PO for billing in accounts department with proper details.
Co-ordination with accounts department regarding invoices billing.
Warranty update.
Handling customers inquiries and complaints.
Sending Installation mail to support department once material is delivered.
Sending tracker file of dispatch and delivery status to customers.

Job Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of IT experience and at least 2 years of IT-Sales from IT based company experience required.
Excellent understanding of at least one cloud technology between GCP, Azure, and AWS.
The candidates have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an extensive set of audiences.
Must be open, flexible, and creative regarding time management and scheduling.
