  • *Working Hours:* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • *Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
  • *Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 (Fixed)

With nearly three decades of industry presence, we cater to clients across India and overseas, offering product solutions ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹3–4 Lakhs.

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong communication skills and a proven background in core in-house telesales. The candidate must have the ability to handle inquiries, communicate professionally, and close deals confidently.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • * Handle incoming inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, company website, and other lead sources.
  • * Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product details, quotations, and proposal emails.
  • * Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.
  • * Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales effectively.
  • * Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets and ensure proper documentation.
  • * Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support when needed.

*Requirements*

  • * Minimum 2 years of core in-house telesales / inside sales experience
  • * Excellent English communication, telephone etiquette, and email writing skills
  • * Strong negotiation and sales closing ability
  • * Experience with IndiaMART or similar B2B inquiry portals preferred
  • * Ability to manage product inquiries with high-value ticket sizes
  • * Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
