Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales through engaging with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to generate leads. Additional duties include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting Mr. Beard’s portfolio of men’s grooming products.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and identify sales opportunities
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive client experience
• Experience with Account Management, including maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
• Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and a strong sense of accountability
• Previous experience in the grooming, beauty, or retail industry is a plus
• Good in English is highly desirable
