Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships through outbound cold calling. This is an onsite position and you will be working with other members of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective and current customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored product.
  • Utilize SHOPIFY to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term partnerships
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions within SHOPIFY.
  • Duties as assign by Company.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales roles selling on CBD, Cannabis or hemp products.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence decision-makers confidently
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques, outbound calling, and warm calling strategies
  • Knowledge of sales processes, business development tactics, and marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be over age of 21+.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
