Inside Sales Representative

Overview

LIT Method is a fast-growing wellness and recovery company specializing in luxury cold plunges, saunas, contrast therapy, and recovery studio solutions for both residential and commercial customers. We help customers create high-performance wellness spaces at home and scale recovery-focused businesses across the country.

We're backed by Marcy Venture Partners (Jay-Z), Rachel Zoe Ventures, Bobby Wagner, and Adrian Gonzalez. We're a lean, fast-moving team hiring our first dedicated Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from website, ads, phone calls, and outbound leads.
  • Run product demos and virtual walkthroughs via Zoom, screen share, and video
  • Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, business goals, and installation requirements
  • Recommend the right sauna, cold plunge, or recovery setup based on customer needs
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
  • Close high-ticket consumer and commercial wellness sales
  • Build rapport and trust quickly — most customers are making a $15,000+ decision they've never made before
  • Re-engage cold and dormant leads from our CRM each month

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from first interaction through purchase
  • Answer product questions related to saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, and recovery
  • Help customers understand financing options and promotions
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for smooth handoff post-sale

CRM & Reporting

  • Track and report your own activity metrics: calls made, calls completed, demos run, proposals sent, deals closed. This will be shared directly with the Founder and CEO.
  • Maintain organized lead notes and pipeline stages
  • Report on close rates, lead quality, and sales performance
  • Help improve scripts, sales processes, and lead qualification systems as the company scales

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 2+ years of inside sales or high-ticket sales experience
  • Experience in high-ticket consumer sales: solar, med spa, premium home improvement, luxury furniture, custom home products
  • Strong phone and Zoom communication skills
  • Comfortable selling premium products ($5k–$50k+)
  • Ability to build trust and close consultatively
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Fast response times and strong follow-up habits

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
