Middle Creek Roofing is growing in residential roofing companies in Eastern Pennsylvania, and we’re expanding our outbound calling team.

What You’ll Do

• Call warm and aged homeowner leads
• Reconnect with past customers and inquiries
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Leave confident and friendly voicemails
• Follow simple call processes and scripts
• Track activity in our CRM

No roofing experience needed.
We provide training.

Expected Earnings

$45,000–$62,000+ per year

Top performers can grow into leadership roles as our call center expands.

Schedule

Because evenings are some of the best times to reach homeowners, this position includes evening hours.

Typical Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Approximate Work Week: 40 Hours

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
