Hiring: Inside Sales Representative – Ladies Salon (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Days: 6 days per week

We are looking for a motivated and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our ladies’ salon team. The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote salon services

Perform cold calling to generate new leads and bookings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and packages

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Maintain customer records and assist with appointment scheduling

Requirements:

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Previous sales or customer service experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality)

Strong cold-calling and negotiation abilities

Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first mindset

Ability to work 6 days a week

Must be currently in Dubai

Must know Hindi and English.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
