Responsible for monitoring and supervising the quality of ongoing construction and maintenance works across all project stages. Prepare daily reports highlighting deficiencies, improper execution, and site observations. Conduct field inspections and issue photographic reports to verify the quality of contractors’ maintenance works and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards. Follow up on corrective actions, inspect rectification works, and verify closure of defects and outstanding comments. Supervise field activities, while providing technical oversight for asphalt layer works to ensure proper execution and compliance with project requirements.
