Instagram content research intern

We’re looking for a sharp, trend-savvy LinkedIn Content Research Intern to help us understand what’s working in the fashion business, beauty business, retail, and Gen Z consumption ecosystem—and turn those insights into high-performing reels & carrousels for The Consumer Edit page.

Key Responsibilities

1) Research top creators, pages, and thought leaders in:

• Fashion business
• Beauty business
• Retail & e-commerce
• Gen Z consumption trend
• Identify which topics are performing well and why they work
• Break down formats, hooks, tone, and visual styles that drive engagement
• Replicate winning content patterns for our pages while keeping originality intact
• Write the final LinkedIn posts (clear, insightful, data-backed)
• Create infographics and visual assets aligned with our aesthetic
• Ensure 2–3 high-quality, high-performing posts per week
• Track performance and gather learnings to refine future content

2) Identify which topics are performing well and why they work

3) Break down formats, hooks, tone, and visual styles that drive engagement

4) Replicate winning content/reel patterns for our pages while keeping originality intact

5) Write the final reel scripts- strong hooks, addictive & high retention loops & pacing

6) Ensure 2–3 high-quality, high-performing posts per week

7) Track performance and gather learnings to refine future content

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram culture & trend cycles
• Interest in fashion, beauty, retail, or youth culture
• Good writing & storytelling skills
• Basic design skills (Canva/Figma)
• Curiosity + ability to reverse-engineer why content works

High ownership and attention to detail

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
