Installation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machines and equipment at client sites as per technical specifications.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and related systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and corrective actions during field service visits.
• Commission, test, and calibrate devices to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Document service reports, installation checklists, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, spare parts, and escalation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines while working on site.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in installation/service of industrial machines.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, wiring, sensors, PLC basics (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for onsite installations and service.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
