Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble machines and equipment at client sites as per technical specifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and related systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and corrective actions during field service visits.
- Commission, test, and calibrate devices to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Document service reports, installation checklists, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, spare parts, and escalation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines while working on site.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in installation/service of industrial machines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assemblies, wiring, sensors, PLC basics (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for onsite installations and service.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
