The Installation Supervisor – Joinery & Fit-Out is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site installation activities related to joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out works. This role ensures that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The supervisor will guide site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Oversee daily installation of joinery and fit-out works.
- Manage site workforce and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project teams and other trades.
2. Quality & Technical Compliance
- Review drawings and ensure installations meet specifications.
- Conduct inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
3. Safety Management
- Enforce HSE rules and ensure safe work practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor site hazards.
4. Progress & Reporting
- Track work progress vs. schedule.
- Prepare daily reports, manpower logs, and highlight delays.
5. Material Management
- Coordinate deliveries and check materials against approvals.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of joinery items on-site.
6. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Attend site meetings and support inspections.
- Ensure client requirements are met during installation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Carpentry Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years experience in joinery installation and interior fit-out supervision.
- Strong knowledge of joinery details, carpentry methods, and interior finishing.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
