About the Opportunity

We are representing a fast growing, SCA licensed brokerage firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi that is expanding its institutional sales division. The firm provides multi asset trading solutions across FX, commodities, indices, and equities, and offers a pure STP execution model designed to serve professional and institutional clients in the UAE and abroad. As an Institutional FX Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing new business within the institutional segment - including hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and corporates - while maintaining and growing key accounts. You will represent a brokerage committed to transparency, technology, and client centric service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a portfolio of institutional clients in FX and multi asset trading.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic relationship building.
  • Serve as the primary contact for institutional accounts, ensuring strong engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with trading, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal pricing, liquidity, and execution.
  • Prepare proposals, term sheets, and presentations tailored to institutional clients.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the institutional desk.
  • Stay informed about FX market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with SCA and internal policies in all sales activities.
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Institutional FX Sales or Institutional Business Development within a brokerage, bank, or liquidity provider.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition in FX markets.
  • Strong knowledge of FX products, liquidity models (STP/ECN), and trading technology.
  • Excellent network among institutional and professional clients across MENA, Europe, or Asia.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (required); Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
