Role:

Remote Instructional Designer Intern

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 9 AM – 4 PM (4 hours daily)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 4 Months
Compensation: Unpaid (Learning-Based Internship)
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree completed; Master’s students may apply

What You’ll Do:

• Design and structure engaging course content and learning modules
• Develop visually clear and interactive slide decks (Google Slides/PowerPoint)
• Apply instructional design principles aligned with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle)
• Create lesson plans and assessments aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborate with senior educators to revise and improve materials

Requirements:

• Background in Education, Instructional Design, or Academic Writing
• Degree in Education, English, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
• Strong English writing and lesson organization skills
• Basic proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Reliable internet and a computer/laptop
