What You’ll Do?
We are looking for a team member to be assigned to the Propylene Recovery Unit project at Tüpraş İzmit Refinery.

Management of Engineering, Procurement and construction phases of Projects as Owner’s engineer,
-
Reviewing detail engineering design documentation,
-
Conducting site control and inspection activities,
-
Ensuring integration of the new investments to existing units,
-
Reviewing requirements and preparing tender documents as per the technical specifications based on the requirements,
-
Preparing tenders documents of engineering, procurement and construction individually or as whole package,
-
Interface coordination of engineering, procurement and construction phases,
-
Managing whole construction phases and assisting commissioning,
-
Organizing and/or Participating meetings / workshops and similar organizations. -

To ensure that the necessary actions are taken in response to additional work requests of the Manager to whom he/she reports.

To comply with occupational safety rules in the area of responsibility and to report non-compliance.

To fulfill or ensure the requirements of current legislation and internal regulations, standards and instructions regarding the field of responsibility.

To fulfill the duties assigned to him by his manager regarding his field of duty.

To carry out planning, implementation, monitoring, improvement of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System) activities effectively that directly and/or indirectly concern her/his department.
What We Look For?
- B.Sc. degree in -Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Control or Instrumentation Engineering

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar roles in process industry, large scale industrial construction projects, oil&gas and energy industries
-
Experience in all system design basis, equipment selection, installation and commissioning works.

Experience in systems, works, engineering documents such as;
-
For instrumentation engineer position: Instrument Location Plans, Cable & JB Schedules, Cable Routing Layouts, Instrument Installation Details, Process / Pneumatic Hook-Ups, Interconnection Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, Fieldbus Segment Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Instrument Loop Diagrams, DCS, ESD, F&G, CCTV etc.

Have basic project management knowledge.

Provide best practice in contractor management and front-line HSE support

Solid understanding of MS Office applications

B2 proficiency level in English
