Insulation Installer Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of insulation materials using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to meet project specifications.
• Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation components according to blueprints and schematics.
• Support the team in handling various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools like airless paint sprayers, masonry tools, and roofing equipment.
• Collaborate with carpenters, masons, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation activities efficiently.
• Assist in the use of specialized tools for tasks such as stucco application, concrete finishing, or metal stud framing to support overall project progress.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (confined spaces, heights, dust, heat)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or a similar field is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
