Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their financial protection needs
• Provide customized solutions across life, health, and investment-based products
• Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and long-term planning
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
• Follow a proven marketing and outreach system to grow your client base
• Collaborate with leaders and team members for continuous learning and growth

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — all training provided
• Must be coachable, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain appropriate state licenses (we provide guidance)
