We are seeking talented individuals for Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Player positions in the Greater Las Vegas area. Like playing sports, our insurance teams win with passionate people who want to make an impact!

Job Description: As a leader in the insurance industry for over 15 years, we are looking for Leaders to join our dynamic team in NV. We bring amazing products to both businesses and individuals. Protecting them and their families when they need it the most.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Development: Establish local networks and source prospective Independent Agent candidates and independent agencies. Conduct informational seminars and represent the Agency at local hiring events.
• Field Training: Provide in-person support to Independent Agents during sales visits. Develop expertise in the Sales Process and remain available for consultation.
• Meetings: Lead voluntary meetings and webinars. Attend training and development meetings as required.
• Other: Work with the team to reach production expectations, meet growth goals, and effectively demonstrate the Agency's Sales Process.

Qualifications:

• Competencies: Problem-solving, continuous learning, initiative, adaptability, results orientation, and values orientation.
• Education and Experience: A High School Degree or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred. 3+ years of stable work history with a successful sales track record. Sales team management experience preferred.
