Strata Legal Talent is recruiting on behalf of a boutique law firm in Morris county specializing in insurance coverage. The firm is seeking an attorney with 5–10 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions
• Handle commercial litigation, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Develop case strategy and manage matters independently
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Admission to practice in New Jersey
