Insurance Estimator / Claim Specialist

Job Overview
Global Adjusting seeking an experienced Insurance Estimator / Claim Specialist to join our team for storm restoration and insurance claims. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing insurance claims, estimating repair costs, and ensuring fair and efficient resolution of claims. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and negotiation abilities to make a meaningful impact in our organization.

This is not an entry level trainee position. We are looking for someone experienced who can step in and perform. Pay to be determined by experience.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and supplements
• Inspect properties for storm damage
• Handle claims from inspection to approval
• Take photos, measurements, and documentation
• Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Xactimate estimating, roofing/siding inspections, and insurance claim process OR 3 years Restoration / Public Adjuster office experience
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working in the field
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to communicate with homeowners and adjusters
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Pay: $41,600.00 - $72,800.00 per year
