Position Summary
Turbo is hiring a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to convert a steady pipeline of inbound insurance opportunities. This is a fast-paced inside sales role for someone who is strong on the phone, confident handling objections, disciplined with follow-up, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Our agents focus on new business production. Dedicated internal teams support service, renewals, and much of the administrative workload so producers can stay focused on selling.
This role is best suited for candidates who thrive in a metrics-driven environment and want a real opportunity to grow their income.
What You Will Do
Respond quickly to inbound insurance opportunities
Quote and bind personal lines policies including home, auto, and umbrella
Guide clients through coverage options and help them make informed decisions
Work across multiple carrier platforms to find competitive solutions
Maintain a large active pipeline and execute disciplined follow-up
Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
Hit production, close-rate, and activity expectations in a high-performance sales environment

What We Are Looking For
Active Property & Casualty license required
Personal lines insurance sales experience preferred
Inside sales or phone sales experience strongly preferred
Strong closer with urgency, resilience, and follow-up discipline
Comfortable managing a large pipeline in a fast-paced setting
Able to work in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and carrier quoting platforms
Compensation
$40,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
Successful agents typically earn $65,000–$145,000+ annually
Top performers may exceed the posted range
