We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and educating clients on Allstate products that best fit their needs. No insurance experience? Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

• No prior insurance experience is required – we provide training and mentorship
• Prior sales experience preferred; retail management experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty License is required. We will assist with obtaining the license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up with clients
• Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency to meet goals and deliver results
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
