This role includes: Helping clients protect what matters most. Quoting home, auto, life & small business insurance. Building relationships with clients. Following up with leads & referrals. Assisting with customer service & policy reviews. Being part of local events & community involvement. You do NOT need insurance experience. We can teach insurance.

Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for each customer, explaining features and benefits clearly
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to reach mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy client needs while meeting company standards
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract diverse customer segments, including multilingual outreach when applicable
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliance during all client interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques within the insurance industry is highly desirable
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trust and build long-term relationships with diverse clientele
- Experience in benefits administration or customer service roles that require clear communication and problem-solving capabilities

Pay: $52,104.45 - $62,749.44 per year
