Join a well-established, high-volume Medicare insurance agency in South Florida where your work makes a real difference in the lives of seniors. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to serve as a trusted resource for our Medicare clients — helping them understand their benefits, navigate plan options, and resolve issues with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email regarding Medicare plans, benefits, billing, and claims
  • Assist clients with enrollment updates, plan changes, and coverage questions
  • Maintain accurate, organized records within our CRM system
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication in every interaction
  • Partner with agents to support client satisfaction and long-term retention

Requirements:

  • Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or customer service preferred — a coachable, growth-oriented mindset matters most
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM platforms, and online portals
  • 4-40 license preferred but not required — we will help the right candidate get there

Benefits:

  • Base pay plus monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • Full Medicare and product training provided
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | No weekends
  • Occasional overtime during peak enrollment seasons (AEP/OEP)

Compensation: Compensation structure — including base and bonus breakdown — is discussed during the interview to find the best fit for each candidate. Top performers earn $70,000+.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.5-hour shift (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person — Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
