Intake Coordinator – Personal InjuryFirst Impressions Matter—And So Do You
At Martin Law, we believe that how we welcome potential clients sets the tone for everything that follows. As our Intake Coordinator, you're not just screening calls—you're often the first voice someone hears when they're at their most vulnerable, looking for help after an injury that's turned their world upside down.
This role is about more than qualification and conversion. It's about recognizing that behind every lead is a person who needs to know they've found the right advocate. The best intake coordinators understand that the difference between a qualified lead and a loyal client often comes down to one crucial moment: making someone feel heard, understood, and confident they've made the right call.
