Intake Specialist

• Fast typing skills and ability to perform data entry while speaking on the phone simultaneously
• Knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation needed to process client information along with the ability to file materials correctly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment, able and eager to answer calls quickly
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
• Interact with many types of personalities in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work within deadlines and possesses excellent time management skills
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality both internally and externally
• Must be clean and neat in appearance and are willing to follow company dress code
• Ability to consistently work under pressure and work in a high call volume environment
• Must be capable of problem-solving, handling customer complaints, and be able to use independent judgment to resolve issues in a timely manner within established guidelines
• Drive, meet personal and team goals
• Organized and accurate, you take responsibility for the quality of your work and continually improve and learn
• Helpful, genuinely want to help people solve problems whether it’s the family on the phone or your teammate who needs your help

An Intake Representative loves to be on the phone and prides themselves on their excellent communication skills, friendliness, efficiency, and ability to take ownership of the calls they are on. They understand the importance of being the first impression to our clients on behalf of the company and are ready to help any caller as quickly as possible. They enjoy learning and thrive in a fast-paced position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 with occasional Saturdays
