Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts and leadership communications, ensuring consistent brand voice and message alignment across all channels.
  • Support high-profile customer presentations and proposals (e.g., Amazon, Dell, HP, Harman, Peloton, Honeywell, etc.) with strategic narrative development, copywriting, and design.
  • Translate complex operational, technical, or sustainability topics into clear, compelling, customer-facing language.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support

  • Support development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting strategic industries (e.g., OEM, data center, consumer electronics).
  • Create and manage campaign content, including visual assets, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.

Brand & Content Development

  • Create and manage a wide range of branded collateral, including PowerPoint decks, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Develop visual templates and presentation frameworks to maintain global brand consistency.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and contractors to deliver polished, on-brand materials under tight deadlines.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Manage content updates for reconext.com, including blog posts and campaign landing pages.
  • Ensure adherence to SEO best practices, accessibility, and compliance (cookie banners, privacy standards, etc.).
  • Oversee web visuals, CTAs, and site structure in collaboration with CMO and external developers.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and communications for Reconext, Renewed Market ,and LCD Buyer.
  • Maintenance of WordPress websites (installing updates, monitoring for downtime, etc.): Reconext.com, LCDBuyer.com, CorporateRenew.com

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and other departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Site Leaders) as needed.
  • Coordinate data collection, photos, video, etc. from global sites to develop marketing materials.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
  • Support site-specific requests from HR teams for facility artwork, signage, and culture-building materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on photography and video projects (e.g., video edits from Lenar; coordination with Wander for facility shoots).

Events, Trade Shows & Collateral Support

  • Support development of trade show and event materials, including banners, backdrops, and booth designs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to meet production and delivery timelines.

Project & Resource Management

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for concurrent marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and oversee outside contractors (e.g., Upwork resources) as needed to support design, copywriting, and research.

Creative Direction & Asset Management

  • Manage and organize brand assets (icons, templates, photography, video clips, graphics) across cloud-based storage (GTM, Marketing Drive, etc.) and collaboration platforms (Teams, new project management system TBD).
  • Create or oversee production of visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Develop infographics, process diagrams, and imagery for proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
