Overview
The Senior-Level Integration/Test and Evaluation Specialist provides expert technical leadership to the SPM for the end-to-end testing and evaluation of the Resilient MW/MT ground system software. Operating in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) SYD 84/MT programs at LA AFB, CA, you will manage the full software testing lifecycle, from initial test planning through final system acceptance.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will oversee the execution of all developmental and operational test events, ensuring ICD compliance, managing test-related risks, and validating system performance against technical requirements.

You will interact with a multidisciplinary DoD technical workforce and defense hardware contractors in the accomplishment of your duties.

You will evaluate and support the development of test documentation and plans, ensuring adherence to DoD and Air Force policies and guidance.

Responsibilities and tasks will also include:
- Directing and overseeing End-to-End testing of GMI asset development and integration.

Analyzing progress against the testing plan and schedule to ensure timely delivery and acceptance.
Skills Required
- At least 10 equivalent years of experience performing Test & Evaluation and integration activities in the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit / non-profit government support / development Contractor arena.

Knowledge of various quantitative techniques used to analyze test data, interpret results, and brief senior-level DoD leadership.

Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team, on time-sensitive high-visibility tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated knowledge of software testing lifecycles, T&E practices, and procedures associated with Major Defense Acquisition Programs.

Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).

US citizenship (required).

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 / Year, DOE
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
