Integrations Analyst

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for transforming businesses through innovative technology solutions? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant.

About the Role:

In this role as an Integration Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Tax Research, Customers and Prospects.

• Review and analyze existing integrations and business processes and develop approaches for improving or further leveraging these systems.

• Accountable for ongoing support of our Indirect tax automation solution for MS Dynamics 365, AX-2012 and MS-GP.

• Provide Tier 2 support.

• Participate in all phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition, solution design and test plan execution.

• Complete applicable project-related documentation, including; design specifications, application test plans, test cases and scripts, as well as release notes and user guides.

• Work closely with the Product development and other Application Management teams for continuous product improvements.

• Contribute to the technology roadmap for Microsoft business applications and systems.

• Provide deep MS Dynamics 365, AX-2012 and MS-GP domain know-how and act as an expert at Thomson Reuters for transaction tax solutions and coordinate with other functional areas within the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Global Application Suite to ensure a full end-to-end Integration solution.

• Perform detailed analysis of business integration with MS Dynamics/AX modules feasibility and integration support.

• Follow product into the field to ensure customer success, providing business and data integration expertise to customers, partners and internal professional services personnel as needed.

• Assist in providing 2nd level support and training to Customer Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.

• Analyzes customer problems of high complexity, assesses scope of impact.

• Mitigates customer impact of issues and defines, reviews, and executes work arounds.

• Identifies options for problem resolution and initiates action engages others as appropriate and escalates as required.

• Provides advice or training to users about the application systems' functionality, correct operation or constraints, and corrects user faults.

• Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area and provides subject matter expertise.

• Conducts root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or application problems of high complexity.

• Works on medium to large, moderately complex projects/issues that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines.

• Prepares status updates for customer problems or projects.

• Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with rest of the team.

• Shift Timing: 4pm IST to 1am IST

• Work Mode: Hybrid

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Integration Analyst, if your background includes:

• Bachelors /Masters education in Computer Science/ Business Administration and or related field.

• At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in professional services / consulting firm in a client facing role.

• In depth knowledge about Microsoft ERP products(preferably Dynamics 365), business processes(P2P,O2C etc.) and have strong analytical acumen.

• Good knowledge of Global Indirect taxes such as GST, VAT, Sales tax and Use tax is plus.

• Familiar with automated testing tools, agile methodology, JIRAADO and prior experience with product development an added advantage.

• Ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with clients, management and project teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to work with a moderate level of supervision.

• 2 full implementation life cycles either as BSA or consultant, preferably including International/VAT deployments.

• Strong analytical and design skills.

• Extensive, hands-on application configuration and design experience.

• Previous work experience within a software company a plus other ERP system experience is a plus. Background in accounting fundamentals is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in interacting with management and communicating functional vision to both internal and external constituencies.

• Self- starter who works well both independently and on a team.

• Previous experience or knowledge of working with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination/ Sabrix is a plus.

• Previous work with US Sales and Use tax is a plus.
