Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for transforming businesses through innovative technology solutions? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant.
About the Role:
In this role as an Integration Analyst, you will:
Work closely with other Business Systems Analysts, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Tax Research, Customers and Prospects.
Review and analyze existing integrations and business processes and develop approaches for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Accountable for ongoing support of our Indirect tax automation solution for MS Dynamics 365, AX-2012 and MS-GP.
Provide Tier 2 support.
Participate in all phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle including planning, requirements definition, solution design and test plan execution.
Complete applicable project-related documentation, including; design specifications, application test plans, test cases and scripts, as well as release notes and user guides.
Work closely with the Product development and other Application Management teams for continuous product improvements.
Contribute to the technology roadmap for Microsoft business applications and systems.
Provide deep MS Dynamics 365, AX-2012 and MS-GP domain know-how and act as an expert at Thomson Reuters for transaction tax solutions and coordinate with other functional areas within the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Global Application Suite to ensure a full end-to-end Integration solution.
Perform detailed analysis of business integration with MS Dynamics/AX modules feasibility and integration support.
Follow product into the field to ensure customer success, providing business and data integration expertise to customers, partners and internal professional services personnel as needed.
Assist in providing 2nd level support and training to Customer Support, Professional Services, and integration partners.
Analyzes customer problems of high complexity, assesses scope of impact.
Mitigates customer impact of issues and defines, reviews, and executes work arounds.
Identifies options for problem resolution and initiates action engages others as appropriate and escalates as required.
Provides advice or training to users about the application systems' functionality, correct operation or constraints, and corrects user faults.
Has in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline or area and provides subject matter expertise.
Conducts root cause analysis and correlation of other system and/or application problems of high complexity.
Works on medium to large, moderately complex projects/issues that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines.
Prepares status updates for customer problems or projects.
Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with rest of the team.
Shift Timing: 4pm IST to 1am IST
Work Mode: Hybrid
About You:
You’re a fit for the role of Integration Analyst, if your background includes:
Bachelors /Masters education in Computer Science/ Business Administration and or related field.
At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in professional services / consulting firm in a client facing role.
In depth knowledge about Microsoft ERP products(preferably Dynamics 365), business processes(P2P,O2C etc.) and have strong analytical acumen.
Good knowledge of Global Indirect taxes such as GST, VAT, Sales tax and Use tax is plus.
Familiar with automated testing tools, agile methodology, JIRAADO and prior experience with product development an added advantage.
Ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with clients, management and project teams.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work with a moderate level of supervision.
2 full implementation life cycles either as BSA or consultant, preferably including International/VAT deployments.
Strong analytical and design skills.
Extensive, hands-on application configuration and design experience.
Previous work experience within a software company a plus other ERP system experience is a plus. Background in accounting fundamentals is a plus.

Previous experience or knowledge of working with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination/ Sabrix is a plus.
Previous work with US Sales and Use tax is a plus.
