ICU (Intensive Care Unit Nurse) NURSE
Location: Republic of Nauru

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our healthcare team on Nauru Island. The successful candidate will provide high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support systems.
• Assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and ensure timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Operate and maintain ICU equipment in accordance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and eligibility.
• Minimum 2–3 years of ICU or critical care experience (adult or mixed ICU).
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
