Roles & Responsibilities
- Interaction design and pixel-perfect wireframe creation.
- Conduct end-user usability studies and reviews; design A/B testing to improve usability.
- Create personas and incorporate personalization into applications.
- Collaborate with the Product team to create wireframes/mockups and ensure usability criteria are met.
- Prior experience with designing mobile apps (iOS/Android) is preferred.
- Utilize UX design best practices to design solutions and understand mobile-first and responsive design.
- Expertise in standard UX software (e.g., Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD) is essential.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and heuristic analysis.

Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.
- Minimum of 3+ years in UI/UX design.
- Experience in designing web applications for product-based companies.

Good communication skills and ability to work as an individual contributor.
- B.Des/M.Des from premium institutes (IITs/IIITs) preferred.

Open for Gurgaon location and work from office.
