The Opportunity

We are looking for a meticulous and passionate Interior Design Executive to play a pivotal role in the final phase of our project. This is a hands-on, site-based position where you will be the guardian of quality and design integrity. You will be the critical link between our design vision and its physical execution, overseeing the flawless installation and styling of every element within our luxury residences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise the on-site installation of all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), including furniture, lighting, accessories, artwork, and soft furnishings (linens, towels, etc.).
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of all delivered items against purchase orders, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and document any defects, damage, or non-conformities and manage the resolution process with vendors.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for furniture installers, movers, artisans, and contractors. Schedule and coordinate their activities to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Design Integrity: Ensure all elements are installed and placed strictly according to the approved design plans, layouts, and specifications. Maintain the highest level of aesthetic consistency and attention to detail across all units.
  • Snagging & Punch Lists: Create detailed snagging lists for the interior fit-out and FF&E installation. Follow up diligently to ensure all issues are resolved promptly before project handover.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager and Head of Design, including photo documentation of the installation process, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of receiving, handling, and storing FF&E on-site, ensuring all items are protected from damage until installation.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, specifically in supervising high-end residential or hospitality FF&E installation and fit-out.
  • Strong technical knowledge of furniture, millwork, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting interior design drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Experience in quality control, snagging, and creating detailed reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of English and (insert other language if required) .
