Position Overview

We are a Miami based interior design studio focused on luxury residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead the full operational execution of our projects — from procurement and vendor coordination to on-site management and client communication.

Our projects are located across the Greater Miami area, including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Boca Raton.

This role is designed for a self-directed professional with a strong background in residential interior design project delivery. The ideal candidate operates independently, owns their workload, and brings structure and accountability to every project they touch.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and status reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and trade suppliers
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Coordinate showroom visits and assist with material, finish, and furniture selections
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery logs
  • Facilitate clear and professional communication between the studio, clients, and all project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design project management or FF&E coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-end residential projects from start to finish
  • Professional fluency in English — written and verbal — is required; strong command of English is essential for client communication and vendor management
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience managing vendor and contractor relationships
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or comparable design or project management software
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, including Coral Gables and Boca Raton
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Based in Miami, FL (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish proficiency is a plus, particularly for contractor and supplier communication
  • Established vendor and contractor network in the Miami / South Florida market
  • Experience with procurement or project management platforms such as Studio Designer, Ivy, or Monday.com
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
