Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and layout options.
• Prepare concept presentations, 3D visuals, and material palettes.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Create detailed working drawings, GFCs, and construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, joinery details).
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.

Client Interaction

• Attend client meetings to understand briefs, present concepts, and finalize designs.
• Maintain clear communication and manage design revisions as required.

Coordination

• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams.
• Ensure design intent is accurately translated at site through regular follow-ups and visits.

Project Execution

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve on-site design challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in final finishing, material selection, and installation supervision.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
